Shop is nice & big and has alot to choose from. Not all staff members are friendly. Parking is a nightmare! Its a hassle with big and small vehicles.Not much space. Its better to park on the curb.

Service is good they put their customers first. When it's busy all their tills are working so you don't spend too much time on the market.

The shop is clean well organised,but the problem is that we wait for too long for them to open in the mornings ,while we have to rush to work,you find the big crowd waiting outside while they are taking picture for everything inside the shop,that takes too long

Deli need to be upgraded. Lines too long and slow. Some staff members at bakery and salad sections very unfriendly and not happy to assist. They should understand that customers pay their salaries. Lots of people looking for jobs and will be happy to work at pnp

I only do my shopping here as al the food is cheap and good stuff is alway helpful thanks PIC&PAY

It's the best store I prefer doing my groceries at, good quality products, friendly staff, clean place.

The lady at the till was an absolute superstar, going the extra mile to assist me and then still being courteous enough to thank me for my patience. Friendly, polite and very pleasant. Update: Service is still great.

I cannot complain much about this place as it serves its purpose quite well; however, there is a steep ramp that enters into the parking area. This ramp becomes problematic for vehicles with lower suspension. There is a good parking space as well.
