Very disappointed with Pickfords given their 'name' in the industry. Their estimate for our overseas shipping was a little over our allowance. It was closer to half of it - this resulted in us putting more into storage in the UK that they duly charged £1000 per year for. They also asked us to value our shipping over a month after it had been packed. Box by box when we didn't pack the boxes...! We have been offered a £100 discount as an apology. They've made £1900 extra from our custom because of their bad service. Go figure.
Terrible customer service. Followed up several times but no response, except for one call where the customer service manager couldn’t book a survey on the call as their systems were down. Wanted to call me back but never did. Lost 2 weeks because of them. Stay away.
Could not recommend enough. Lovely people too. Thanks
