For an impressive 56 years, Ronnies Motors served the East London public from its premises on the Old Transkei Road. Thanks to our loyal customers, business grew to such an extent that this landmark became too small to accommodate and assist our clientele to the standard that we felt they deserved.
Recognising this, it was decided Ronnies Motors would move to a more spacious location where customers could visit our showrooms and service facilities without the frustrations of congestion and limited parking.
In 2010, Ronnies Motors moved to the new facility in Beacon Bay, which houses all the Passenger Vehicle Sales, Service and Parts divisions of Ronnies Motors. The Mercedes-Benz brand features a cool and spacious showroom which reflects the class and professionalism of the brand. The showroom is serviced by an independently run Bistro which provides customers, who choose to wait for their vehicles to be serviced, with a place to sit and relax or work while enjoying a cup of coffee or a light snack. The bistro acts as a link between the showrooms and service reception area, enabling customers to walk freely from one to the other to view our new vehicles on display.
To ensure the experience of servicing your vehicle is more congenial, we have an active 3 lane reception area. Customers can drive undercover where Service Advisors are ready to check your vehicle and add any additional requirements you may have to the job card to make sure your vehicle is kept operational and roadworthy. Should you require parts for a vehicle, the Parts Department is ideally situated directly opposite the Service Reception area where Parts Salesmen wait to assist you.
The Certified Pre-Owned division, housed under the same roof, has a range of quality, low mileage Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Help is on hand to assist you in finding the perfect Pre-Owned vehicle to suit your comfort and style.
