Cake was very soft and moist, icing was the perfect level of sweet. The cake was decorated beautifully. An absolute hit!! Owner is also very professional with customer service. Certainly will be back and highly recommend.

I’ve been ordering from Soft Peaks for quite some time and have always loved how moist the cake sponge is and how the icing is not too sweet. Even though I did not have the best experience with my last order as it wasn’t as expected, I have increased my rating and decided to amended my review as SoftPeaks’ customer service is remarkable. Tashia has reached out to me to address the issue. I would definitely recommend.

The cake we had made was perfect! Every detail was exactly as I had asked it to be. The sponge was fantastic-soft, flavourful and the perfect amount of vanilla. The buttercream was not too sweet and complimented the sponge really well. I would definitely order from Softpeaks again!! :
