They are very slow,the only reason we go there is because we have to buy groceries but I promise you this.If there is a faster supermarket then pick n pay they will get more customers

The Name Pick N Pay says it all and We all can say that these kind of shops dont disappoint. Suit Every Consumer Needs.Workers There Make Sure All Covid 19 Rules Are Strickly Followed.

Long line  going to the till. Then I discovered when I reached Thohoyandou that two of the products I bought already  expired on 2019 April. The food is also tasteless bought spinach and chicken and regretted it.

Very nice place to do your day to day shopping staff much friendlier than any of the other of the Grocer stores. Keep up the good work

There was a whole family of birds in the store. They seemed to be having a lovely time but they didn't seem too interested in shopping.

Slow service, even during festive and some cashiers seem to be dragging their feet

Terrible customer service. Long lines with 2 tills open. Attitude of staff poor

Ok..nothing to write home about.  The mall seems to be losing business....

Service is so poor. Please do something about customer service!!!!
