Pine Lodge Resort, Summerstrand, PE.

There was a loose plank attached to my cabin which kept us out of sleep. Report to reception next morning. Otherwise we shall definitely visit this place again. All facilities working and the cabin was clean Rooms: Clean and child friendly

Coffee shop can't make a decent coffee. They didn't have balls for mjni golf, but say you van go look for balls kids played with while paying full price. They ask you to pay everything in cash, so if you don't have cash, they tell yoh to order something at the bar and then request cash there. Not a good experience at all.

What n lovely quiet vacation, even with the fury friends, please look at their website lots too do .the location is close to Summerstrand if you like hiking a 3 km walk along the beach very rocky though or on road, 5 minutes walk to Sanccob frome pine lodgeRooms: 5/5

My first time staying, n it was my worst nightmare, the bathroom taps had no mixer , there was no phone to call reception, no beverages were given, no wifi, the carpets were filthy, the cleaning service was terrible they didn't even wash the dishes clean , the pots were all scratched, the braai grill was filthy even tho we asked reception to send someone to clean it all they did was removed the charcoal n left the grill filthy as it was , whoever is traveling to Port Elizabeth please don't ever book here

Always great 2 visit and the owner will go the extra mile gave us a lift when we left car keys at another place. ThanksLocation: 5/5

The unit needs serious updating. The taps in the bathroom swivels when you use them, requiring 2 hands to open the tap. The carpets needs a steam clean. No hotwater in the kitchen, despite reporting the problem. The windows are filter & the curtains have had their days. Wish I could post photos of what I saw.Rooms: 1/5

Room smelled odd service was good and the ecenery was incredible they have a laundry place and bar if needed. Rooms: Rooms smelled odd was a bit small for 4 but was still good.

It was our second time using the camp site. I must say the attitude of some of the staff has changed since the change of management, they are friendly and helpful except for the older supervisor lady in the office who made sure we felt unwelcomed. I made sure I won't be helped if she is around she looked in a bad mood everyday. But furthermore all the other staff were fantastic. We lòve pinelodge but please make a plan with that supervisor.

Room was very bad equiped. No braai equipment. Shower head blocked. Dustbin on stoep was full, braai wasnt clean, sig buds and ash. Will not recommend to stay hereRooms: 1/5
