Pinetown Magistrates Court

Worse place according to my experience with them.especially maintenance court.its been 3 months being looted by this department the funds to maintain our kids. No update, you tried to call no one answers the phone. I'm still in the dark.only if I knew who to contact regarding this matter.if Justice himself decided to loot my child's funds and rights Yep come to SA

Little bit of a wait to get service but kind and helpful staff, esp the Magistrate

Never answer their phones. Just as bad as calling Telkom. Your best bet is going in and dont go in between 1 and 2 as that's lunch time. Thank God ill be immigrating soon from South Africa.

I was there for a day and had a pleasant experience with the staff. The cells are filthy thou as cells go.

Simply cannot get through on the phone line for days. No email addresses for various departments at Pinetown on the Web. Just terrible.

It's a court what do you expect

Reasonably efficient. Legal aid lawyers available right there. Park your car at Knowles shopping centre car park. The court is only a few metres away.

The people there are very helpful and the place is very clean.

During my encounter on 3 September 2020, fifty % of the staff went the extra mile whilst the others showed a don't care attitude.

Very disappointed been waiting for a call back from maintance court for the last 2 weeks everytime I phone to sort out the issue the guy is never there or calls back
