50 minutes later burnt pizzas!!! She was too busy chatting with her buddy outside. Served him in 10 minutes. Everyone else had to wait 50 minutes for their orders to be redone. Absolutely pathetic service. Hopefully management can resolve.
Called the branch at 21:35pm and the person who answered said that the store is closed,I was really confused as on Google maps it shows the store closes at 22:00pm, I did not say anymore and hung up.I then made it to the store at 21:42pm as I was in the area.They refused to serve at first as they were saying they’re closed already but the doors were wide open they eventually helped.Ordered 2 large pizza's. 1 creamy chicken & 1 Tikka chicken at 21:45pm. The tikka chicken was a very much not what I expected a tikka chicken pizza should be. It was bland and more like a chicken and mushroom,not even hot as per details on the menu. The Creamy chicken tasted like mayo and bit a dry to be honest. The crust of the pizza was nice but that's only thing I actually enjoyed. There should be more taste. I'm not sure if this is norm or was it the hour for this results. I will also add the picture of the tikka chicken. Please kindly have a look at this,I also hope that doesnt put anyone's Job at Jeopardy Please.
The staff were very friendly and pizzas were made quickly. Other than that i did not enjoy the taste of either pizzas i ordered and it is a nice tip to try and offer your clients the option of think or thin base as it would most probsbly have tasted better on a thin base rather than a doughy thick base.
Honestly they don't even deserve one star. I ordered and was brought the wrong order. When I called the manager Belinda if I'm not mistaken she apologized and said she was aware it was the incorrect order but the driver was not answering his phone. She promised to send over my new order as they were delivering and when I called an hour later they said they couldn't get hold of me when in fact no call from them came through and said they will deliver the next day but I just need to call. When I called the next day they said they don't deliver to my area. Clearly this manager cannot manage properly and needs to speak the truth instead of wasting my time by lying. Furthermore, the packaging wasn't sealed properly and we're in the middle of a pandemic. This is absolutely disgusting service.
Love their pizza it's far better then Debonairs I love every bit of it my family and I enjoyed ourself with the food and it's filling thank you guys you make the best and the staff is friendly and helpful very patient as well I would recommend pizza hut to everyone I would go back there anytime I will definitely become one of their regulars.
“Consistency in the quality of their pizza, the store is clean with visibility of the kitchen so you able to see your meal being prepared. Staff are friendly, professional and they'll willingly tailor your order as you require.” This was my initial review 2 years ago. Sadly I’ve changed my rating due to a considerable amount of disappointments over the last two years ranging from burnt pizza, excessive tomato basting, skimping on extra toppings but the biggest disappointment is the constant inability to deliver orders within times stipulated. I’ve expressed my feedback with online surveys which appear to add no value to improving the service. It is now 1 hour 15 minutes since I placed my last order.
Great tasting pizza and great value when using the entertainer. Sadly the service itself is lacking. Three times now they've gotten the order wrong. Collection also takes far longer than it should even though there are no other customers around.
Quality pizza very nice. Waiting period, too long. Lovely setup to sit in and eat. Chairs a bit high, thus a little difficult for average shorties to slide in. But definitely a nice different. Experience to your usual pizza places
Decent place! Nice and clean, staff is friendly. My only concern is the food itself. I got a hair in my pizza, which size you didnt get right, and it tasted like oil and dough. You got the ingredients. Throw out those ugly high tables for some benches, and put some flavour onto those pizzas. If i wanted cheese bread id live in Lebanon
Ordering online is a joke. You always wait 10 minutes extra anyway. Today nobody even served me and i stood there for 15 minutes without a hallo from any staff member. I coulda stole the cash and ran if i was a thief.
