Worst pizza order from Pizza Hit to date! Over R300 spent & all our pizzas have minimal toppings & cheese on them not so visible on the photos. First time ever Pizza Hut serves us this nonsense. This is unacceptable!!!
We ordered your X2 large portion chips R41.90 each and received chips that are placed in 1 small box and 1 small bag. Not even full, box was half and packet foulded in half. The packet is the size for a toasted sandwich. This is not considered X2 large chips in our opinion. Very unsatisfied.
The service was good and friendly. Even though the store staff were busy, our pizzas were tasty and well presented. The store is clean. During a previous visit, the store had load shedding and could not make pizza immediately. They went to the next level by making our pizza when the power was restored and they then delivered the order to us.

Worst service!! The servers either have no idea what the specials are or no intentions of telling the client , absolutely pathetic !!
Didnt get my order. Got a call by the driver 9:10 pm that i have to instruct him how to get to my place. Edit :decided to order from them again. They excluded my toppings from my pizza
Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 were delivered. Driver had to then come back again. Why do you make more work for yourselves, when you could get it right the first time. Pizza was average at best. Won't be ordering again.
Ordered a pizza DELIVERY almost two hours ago. Order was suppose to arrive at 9:05 pm. Uber eats driver never made it to our door. At 940pm we decided to drive over to the restaurant to PICK UP and inquire where the pizza is. Allegedly, the driver picked it up; however, this was never reflected on the Uber app. Also, the pizza itself never was delivered. I was satisfied with the on spot offered solution. They were able to remake our pizzas. It's now 1015pm and we are about to have dinner. I dont know who's to blame for the inconvenience, as the app still says, Order to be delivered which is ridiculous because the stores now closed.
This is a mixed feeling , it is more than the product that does the job . The menu is not geared for choice , a basic vegetarian pizza - without any processed sauces or pickles of some nature - yet by explanation was available . Despite being asked if I shall be sitting down or taking away - all was in a take away box . The Pan Base Crust was great , toppings just right for a good balance to the crust - not to wet - not to dry . The price of a bottle of water was disturbing , 3 times what most supermarkets or even cafes charge . Salt and pepper on request - no pepper - only salt grinder . No green salad , no salad at all ??? The chips made up for the lack of salad - even if it was the frozen caliber . Although not very outgoing , the front desk assistant in a strange quite way did a good job , despite not smiling he did a good job and satisfied my requirements within the available structure . The shop was clean as well as tables and chairs . A hand wash basin by the counter side and toilet facility in store is well found - a step ahead . Not sure to say whether I shall eagerly return despite the fact that the food was actually good and the service quite acceptable . This must be a very niche market .
You have lost me as a customer. For the past year i have ordered and they delivered as i fall in the 5 km radius. Juat ordered now and i got a call to say they dont deliver if its more than 5km. Just checked again. Im 4.6 km as per google.
