Gourmet pizzas with very unique ingredient combinations. A bit pricey for pizza. Good service but very deserted restaurant.
Great clean shop front. Friendly staff. Simple easy to read menu. Zapper for payment is available. Parking is easy. As with pizza timing can be tricky but they managed time well.
A small restaurant A good menu selection on gourmet pizza Some interesting combination that work well today Ideal when u craving oven baked pizza Food is delicious Service very average
Wow!!! What awesome Pizza from Pizzology in the ParkLane Centre in PMB If its takeaway, call and collect or dine in, your pizza's are cooked in an authentic wood oven, fresh while you wait! It could not get any better! Super friendly staff! Great looking restaurant if you want to eat in, which many people were doing! Vanilla Milkshake was super! Will definitely be swinging back for more! Well done!!
Excellent pizza... Thin bases... Delicious, unusual toppings... Wood fired. Definitely the best pizza place in pmb. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. This is a gourmet pizza restaurant. If you enjoy good pizza, this is a must. For larger families though, I feel that it is not an option, as the prices are rather high, and they opt for the "pizza deals" at other franchise pizza outlets.
I always had a good experience at Pizzology and reffered many people . I even hosted my husband's birthday party there and gave them alot of business but you can rest assured that after yesterday's experience I will never step foot in there again and I will never recommend them to anyone. The owner was there yesterday and you would think that would be a good thing right? Wrong! We ordered a 2 litre coke from the waitress and she informed us that they don't have any in stock. We asked her if we could get it ourselves since they didn't have stock and she said it was OK. So we did. A few mins later..while we were eating, we were approached very very rudely by the owner who told us that we shouldn't have bought our own cooldrink because they sell their own. He did not give us a chance to speak. He just walked away. We approached the counter and infront of the waitress and owner tried to clarify why we had bought our own but then too... We were abruptly cut off and spoken to in a manner which is totally unacceptable. Business people know that customers make their business. Customer service and politeness is so important. This was entirely the fault of the waitress, and it should have been addressed in that manner. This guy ruined our entire evening and it's absolutely shocking that the owner of a business doesn't have any people skills. It's such a shame. I know longer care if your product is good because your service is PATHETIC.
Fresh ingredients on pizza. Service was poor. Thanks for the reply. I'm responding here as I can't seem to be able to find a way to reply under your msg. I was there last Friday around lunch time. I ordered a pizza for one. Firstly I came in and stood at the counter a bit too long for the people standing right in front of me to acknowledge my presence. They were busy with other things. After a while someone took my order, with no smile and a hint of a bad attitude. I gave my order and she said I should pay. I paid. Now, I must state that this was my first time here. After paying I said I've got to get something from the car I'll be back to eat in a minute. She then realized that I was eating in, but didn't say anything. I was never asked this. It was assumed I ordered a takeout. Anyway during the order I inquired about juice and you only have Liquifruit, which I don't like, so I asked for water. No water came with my pizza. I asked for water again and got an annoyed glance. The water arrived more than 10 minutes later. Mind you there was only one other table with customers at this point. The 3rd issue is that your serviette and cutlery setup is unusual for some people, and maybe the waiter should explain that these are already in inside the wooden holder on the table. I didn't see them till I was almost done with my meal. No explanation from the waitress about your setup, even though I was in full view of every one at the counter, and there was no way no employee saw me using my pocket tissues as a serviette. I also struggled with the salt holder. I could see employees looking at me at this point, but by then I had concluded that service was lacking and tried to figure out myself why no salt came out. I ended up opening the container and jabbing the single clump of salt with a knife to separate it. Still 0 help. At the end of my meal I went to the counter and paid her a tip, even though I was so mad at her behavior, and she was surprised. Even she didn't expect a tip after the 3rd class service she gave. I was just trying the place out. After this experience I don't think I will be returning.
New location and the artisanal pizzas are still some of the best in town. Sadly, still can't help but feel the atmosphere from the previous location was lost in the move, but if woodfired pizza for the unconventional pallete is what you're after, this is a safe bet.
Good and honest service, thank-you for keeping my phone safe after I left it behind. Food, not bad, could improve on the topping quantity for the Hawaiian and Mexicana, the rest was really good.
Absolutely delicious pizzas! They need more couches and fewer plastic chairs. Hopefully they will have cocktails on the menu when they get their liquor licence!
