After having had a bad experience in Jul at this clinic I was beyond impressed with the owner Veronica who reached out to apologise for the incident she was unaware of. She acknowledged and apologised for the negative experience and graciously offered a facial as a further apology. I'm utterly disappointed, the first time I called, I asked for facial prices and detailed descriptions of the facial so I can choose a facial, the lady took down my number and promised to send them on my whatsapp. I called them again today, again I was assured that I will get the detailed information and price list, I gave the lady my information and nothing has been sent to me. I then contacted the store at Placecol Kyalami Corner need I tell you I got the information I needed immediately. Carlswald is closer to me, but because their service is poor I'd rather go to Placecol Kyalami Corner.
