Plan B

I love Plan B. I was very disappointed in the branch in Hillcrest. The quality of my favorite desserts was terrible and not presentable. If it means that I have to drive to Cornubia mall to get quality and good customer service,Then I’ll do so Up your Game Hillcrest Plan B

Was a lovely experience on a Sunday afternoon. The dessert were delicious and original. Would be great to have a little more seating. The store was clean and well set out. The staff were friendly and helpful with explaining the menu options. The parking is right outside the store. The holders for the desserts were a great help. The area around is a little open shopping centre. Safe and secure area. Very modetn set up.

They have plenty of very nice deserts. The milkshakes are a particular favourite of mine as I appreciate that they are made well and are not just fancy. The churros are also extremely good, and far more filling than you might expect. Give them a try after dinner sometime.

Started off great but service gas got bad and Staff was quite rude to me and my daughter when we asked them to replace my granddaughters ice cream cone which they damaged. They wanted to charge us for a new one and would not give us a plastic container to put the ice cream in either. Won't be going back. Thw waffles are good so pity badly run

Ice cream was INCREDIBLE!!! Not enough tables and the had run out of bubble waffle containers so we had to have them in a flat container with a spoon - somewhat of a let down. The churros look stunning!! If you have a hankering for above average ice cream, Plan B is a MUST!!!!

Wow. Delicious everything!! The ladies behind the counter are really sweet and friendly. And accommodating to our needs of 4 small kids. Didnt chatch their names though. Great value for money. And speedy service. I would suggest ditching the plastic spoons etc., and go for the eco friendly stuff. But Super otherwise. Will def be back.

Very rarely, can a person go to a place and enjoy simple good dessert. Without a doubt, their Oreo and chocolate ice cream bubble waffle will warm the cockles of your heart. Everything is good. From their bubblegum milkshakes to their churros. Make a plan and get yourself to this 'B'eautiful place. Lots of happy feels.

Lovely choice of waffles and pancakes! Best place to go on a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Not alot of space to sit if busy,but pleasant enough. Staff is super friendly and efficient :-
