Absolutely lovely experience here, I was assisted more than I could have expected and the ladies even kept to my tight budget. Iv gotten quality products at a very reasonable price... The ladies in the store are very helpful and pleasant... I will definately be going back.

I'm from joburg, I was there for vacation, planet nails is my number one shop in all things "nails " and that place to me was heaven, and the staff so friendly we laughed and they helped me greatly, love it, really recommend them

An item I had payed for was not in my packet. I had sealed my bag instore prior to leaving, when I came home I noticed the product was not inside. Upon inquiry the staff stated that I had lost the product, and where unwilling to assit any further. Patiently awaiting your response.

Called and advised the lady I needed to purchase items desperately. Arrived 1 min to 1pm and she sat inside ignoring me as she closed. Unacceptable and I will never support this business again. Customer service is a huge aspect and if she cannot wait just a minute as I grabbed 2 items then perhaps our business is not needed Pathetic service!!!
