These people are great. Took my PS4 pro for repairs. Cost was well below others quoted. Further to that...they managed to finish the repairs on the same day. This was truly very fast and effective and two weeks later I am still very happy with my repairs. They also provides me with a three month warranty on all work done.
Great service. Meet Charlie on the service desk and he is the nicest, friendliest assistant. My ps4 was fixed in only a +-3 days and I'm satisfied the work done
Got back my controllers and working well. I feel the man at the counter was very nice and good quick service. For me it was a little expensive so hopefully next the part won't be as much but Thanks for your work
Drove all the way to the store because no one answered the number linked; only to find a double shock III no not the original/official Sony remote, the copycat one with the P3 instead of PlayStation logo on the centre button is being sold for R900.00 in February 2023!! I mean surely there’s actually a point where selling an item at a ridiculously high price actually crosses the line to a real world crime? Either way the guy behind the counter had the most distasteful attitude whilst I enquired as to why the remotes were exponentially higher than they cost anywhere else that I felt compelled to go to all the effort of writing this review to warn anyone who considers this store; be very careful and make sure you know what you want and it’s relevant info as if not you could find yourself doing something ridiculous like paying 5x what you would anywhere else..
If I could give this company a -10 rating I would. This company is a bunch of THIEVES and LIERS. They dont answer their phones, dont provide regular feedback. They stripped my PS4 of its Hard drive, South port chip and HDMI chip, when I refused their quote. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will regret it!!! If you want to go through PAIN and AGONY that I went through with dealing with PLAY IT. BUNCH OF SCHISTERS!!!!!
I did not get the best service took 7 days just for them to tell me what was wrong and one day it was unfixable and the other day they can fix it. For the price they gave me to fix my console I could just have gotten a new one not the best service expected better with all the positive reviews but was not good would not recommend
I would like to thank Play-It for their service in bringing back my xbox 360 to life and I appreciate the continuous communication and honesty. The service warranty is a definite added bonus.
Don't use!! Not only did the "receptionist" answer the phone rudely, but wouldn't give me a quote on a simple question. I drive all the way there, just to ask what they would charge to replace a hdmi port, motherboard already out, just a simple replacement. And she refused. It must be in the machine so they can make R1000 plus just to open it up and do the replacement. I have never met anyone more rude than her. On that principle i will now take my ps4 to a service centre near Boksburg. Whoever writes these good reviews are either paid or family and friends. Disgusting service.
Very helpful and fast service nice acting people but took my cooling fan that I paid for a few months ago on my ps5 and gave me a cheap pc fan as a replacement and charged me R2000 for a Hdmi port replacement
