SCAM! They tell you the item is out of stock, then you never see your money again. Check helopeter. They've somehow deleted all their bad reviews on google. All good reviews are fake, this is a scam company.
Awful. Like dealing with a government department. I dropped off two items for repair in December 2018 and I was told they would be repaired in January. Both items were under warranty by the manufacturers Leatherman and Gerber, and I was told I’d need to pay a handling fee of about R60. Which I paid at the time. I heard nothing back from Technopro. I made repeated phone calls and each time was told they’d call me back in a few minutes. Nothing. At least 6 times. Finally IN DECEMBER 2019 I managed to get an answer on the phone that my items were ready and that they’d email me an invoice. I received nothing. After another phone call, I clarified they had the wrong email address, and they’d email me the invoice again. They charged me R450 for the repairs. When I queried this fee, as both items were under warranty and I’d already paid a handling fee, I was told after a 7-day delay that it was a charge for “storage and related fees as the item has been in offices since January”. If you’re going to neglect to communicate with your customers, don’t blame them for the fact that items both of which, combined, are smaller than a sandwich are left at your offices for months on end, and charge them exorbitant “storage and related fees”. I’ve just been asked to fill an order for several Meprolight sights. Your price is competitive and I certainly would have considered making the order with you. Thanks for sparing me the trouble of bringing you business. FURTHERMORE, it seems you've made an attempt to escape your older poor reviews by changing the name of your business on Google. Really dodgy. And it won't work. You seem never to have made a single apology or ever promised to do any better or to fix a single issue any customer has had . Your customers will continue to receive awful service and to leave you awful reviews. If you're reading this, and are in any doubt, you can check the reviews on Hello Peter. They're just as bad.
They are refusing to pay my refund for out of stock items. Been waiting almost two months. Stay away from TechnoPro. You will loose your money. They still have not paid back any money and it has now been 4 months
Ordered a Christmas gift from Techno Pro and received confirmation of order paid and processed. Did not here anything from them again and followed up on 22 Dec 2020 and was informed stock had suddenly sold out and funds would be refunded. Left message for MD KOBIE VAN ZYL to phone me numerous times, with no response. Phoned again on 4 Jan 2021 as well as 6 Jan 2021 and Felicia committed to giving message for Kobie to phone back as well as provide feedback as to by when refund will take place...no response thus far either.... Be carefull of doing business with this company and Kobie Van Zyl.
Avoid doing business with this company. I have ordered 2 items more than a year ago, still waiting for one. Now the owner is telling me i have received it. Asking for proof of receipt, I have been waiting for a few months now. The owner simply just doesn't bother to call back. ZERO STARS us the rating they deserve.
Bad Experience! Their free shipping option is terrible, waiting almost a month for a In Stock product to arrive... and oh I need to pick it up at PostOffice when it comes. Delivery service is part of your customer experience. Manager, Bianca was not interested in hearing my frustrations. You have lost a customer.
Terrible service. I phoned and was told that they had a telescope in stock. I ordered, paid and then told that they did not have stock. This was 5 October 2020. Still haven't received my refund. Promises made, calls not returned. Think I should open a case of theft
Purchased product from Technopro via Bidorbuy. Technopro advised that the items were no longer in stock and that I would be refunded. Despite furnishing banking details, no refund received for months now. Avoid doing business with this company.
Please do not support this business. Bought a telescope from them, that was delivered late. Then to find the product is defective. Reaching out to them to have the telescope replaced or repaired they want to charge me R115 Admin fee to assess. Please stay away from this business
A good variety of products with very competitive prices. I received my order in good time and without any hassles. I must add that the delivery was very well packed, something that a lot of online stores don't do as well. I can highly recommend TehnoPro.
