Windsor East Clinic

On 29th of May Monday I went for family planning and sat there for the longest time and was told my file was not there by lady checking mothers and babies then the male clerk was rude asking me to identify room I had gone to and rushing into next room 9 where a nurse sat not assisting anyone she had said she's not working to the clerk but let me sit for hrs without assisting me. I left without being given the injection I had woken up for at 6am in freezing cold.

Service very convenient, stuff has some humility and very comforting presences ,I do recommend it

Very poor service. Been turned back home for the 4th time. I'm pregnant, and in pains. They said there's nothing they can do. I must come back end of next month

Open until 8pm yet no one is picking up the phone.

It is so unfair for us to miss days from work and this clinic can't give u a mere doctor's note just bcoz you got attended at 12.... What is that about can the management explain to the patients what the reason is atleast

Very horrible experience and TREATMENT i got from that Clinic every time I go there. The Clinic doesn't even Proper Nurses/Sisters to do their job. Only thing they know is to be on their all time or be in one of the rooms there all of them talking rubbish stuff instead of helping patients. Today i went for birth control they made us sit outside for Hours and there's no inside when we asked what's going on they said they'll come us when they're ready, that time they're just sitting down as a group chit chatting and laughing.... And when finally decided to come help us the guy named MIKE was so rude and when he got to mewas the last person he said he he's tired i should go home.... Imagine I've been there for almost all day and it's my due date for injection....... Very terrible experience.. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER

Got here at 11am was told I am late for the day I came for birth control. The reception guy said we aren't important we should use condoms, horrible service from our local clinic, people are being turned away.

Great experience always when i get there.clinic is always clean thanks to Sis Loreen.Staff is welcoming have been there twice at emergency stage and been assisted promptly.Medication is provided irregardless of the sickness the baby has.Big up to your service .Keep up the good work.Proud Patient

what a horrible experience. people who works here dont really take patients seriously not talking about sisters, but assistants i dont know what do they call them they got very bad attitudes they dont talk to people proper, they roll their eyes on us they shout. thank you so much that you got me leaving my file unattended, if it means spending money to get a better and a proper service from private practitioners, will do that.
