Friendly staff each time, good variety for size of shop. My only gripe is a serious lack of pricing. Products often have no pricing on or is poorly written with a marker on some obscure part of the product.

Had the most amazing service today. I went in to see if I could find a good toy for my puppy after 3 unsuccessful attempts. I was approached by the friendliest lady and got the best advice. Prices were way below your average pet shop price with the coolest toys. My puppy has been chewing and playing non stop since I got home. She even got her first tag printed in 5 minutes.
Really appreciate the exellent service and support from Interpet. Fast follow up and conformation of orders. Friendly and helpful service with my order. Chsnges I requested after initial order was executed fast and effortlessly. Thank you for the great shopping experience.
Love this place, super convenient that you can order online. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. And the fish I have bought here before have actually all survived for about 2 years so far and still going strong!
Wasn't very happy with the service. We came in on Saturday ajd enquired about pink and blue tetras, we were told they were R50 each. We said we would come back the following day to buy 4, upon arrival we had to cancel plans to make this happen as they close at 13:00 on Sunday only to be told no, they are R95 each, when I adressed this with who I assume was the manager, he wasn't very interested and said it was "human error". I understand that a human error happens, but that is not the customer's problem, and the right thing to do would be to honour the price that was supplied the previous day. However, this was refused, even after we had bought other items there the day befor AND had to cancel plans JUST for the fish. Won't support this petshop again, as they could have chosen to honour the price given, and to he honest, the manager I assume didn't seem to really care, just shrugged his shoulders. When I told him we're not going to buy them then, we got another shrug and he walked off. Way to go for customer service. And it is overpriced. Rebel Pets in Kempton is R60, just FYI, might want to relook your pricing and customer service if you still want customers
Nice pet shop with a good range of products. BUT the staff are clueless about the animals they sell I’ve bought hamsters from this pet store on two occasions and both times the staff haven’t had a clue about the gender and breed of hamster they were selling us. On top of this they do not socialize their animals so don’t expect to get a hamster that you or your child can play with right away, expect it to take a few weeks. And lastly all hamsters are kept together, which could be a problem if they start breeding, the hamster i bought most recently was supposed to be a male but after a week of having her she gave birth and now I’m left to deal with the babies. Do not set foot in the pet store if you care about the well-being of animals.
Interpet has helped me grow in the last few years as a owner of goldfish and now exploring the new added addtion of tropical fish.They have help me understand more about the underworld and i'm Inlove with the underworld and its beauty.Just want to say Thank you for always having quailty in your products and great service iv experienced since iv been a long time customer keep up the Great service that you guys a doing!!!!
