I was there on the 29th of January 2016.air conditioner was out of order, cockroaches were lying around bedroom and also running up and down the wall. however friendly staff breakfast was fine

What a dirty hotel!!! the smell in the lift!!!! i think it was last cleaned before Tata came out of prison. Where have u ever a seen a toilet inside a shower shared by seven people I leave that to your imagination. Breakfast was like u did not pay for it u have to beg.

I always receive good service at Plaza Hotel and I'm looking forward to come over again next

Shower not clean, noise by the parking, no remotes for tv, no variety during breakfast, but I think it's worth the price especially at this time of the year

The place was clean .the reception was friendly .bed was good to sleep on.breakfast was nice well cooked.everything was marvellous keep it up guys .. see you very soon chow

Every year I visit them they give me dood service I'm satisfied with them...

It used to be okay but things have changed now, very noisy place. The place is not well looked after
