Feels like a disaster! Have a look at the work so far. The ceilings were burnt and damaged, the walls painted/tiled were damaged and burnt, tiles were broken and siliconed back in place and even a corrugated roof was damaged. The ladies at their office said that this was standard practice for them???? They assured me that the person who created the damage is the one who usually does the ceilings etc. for them - so I have nothing to worry/complain about... Work is done for today and will be finished later, so holding my breath that it will work out...

Plumplead replaced my Geyser in March 2021, after being appointed by my insurance company. The quality of the work was of a good standard, but; This year on 16 March 2022 at 20h52 at night a year later I suddenly out of the blue received a Whatsapp message from Fatima to pay the amount of the geyser and work done. I then replied to Fatima that this was an insurance claim and Plumplead was appointed by my insurance and NOT BY ME and I believed it was already paid a year ago. However I was kind enough to contact my broker and they undertook to contact Plumplead and request the invoice to investigate if it has been settled. My broken tried their best to get an invoice from Plumplead. Nothing happen from Plumplead side for two months, though my broken contacted Plumplead on numerous occasions, requesting the invoice. My broken even instructed Plumplead not to contact me directly again, but to work through them as is the norm. Now suddenly on 28 April at 15h29, I received another Whatsapp message from Fatima requesting, when will they receive payment. This is completely unacceptable and I can only assume something fishy is going on as Fatima for some or other reason do not want to submit any information to my broker. I really need some assistance with this matter urgently from some competent person. PLEASE PLEASE

the plumbers came to my place yesterday, dug and left open pipes. left to do a quote for a pipe. I've been waiting the whole day for them to continue working. when i called the office, they made me wait again until they responded 16h20. the lady sound angry and rude, she not interested answering my questions. i'm so disappointing. never again. i'm still waiting for the finished job then i'll rate again. so far bad service!!!
