Worst experience ever. The builders didnt pitch half the time to work and a week job went on for 2 weeks, regardless of the fact that we only have the one bathroom and couldnt use it. The wall in our bathroom was also built scew.
Karen, thank you for you response. I will certainly update my review of your services. As per your response it is clear that apart from some technical issues on your side and logistics, the main problem lies with communication between the agent to us as the lessees and you as the service provider. We logged the geyser at 11h13 on Friday morning, clearly the delay in overall response for this incident is not at your fault and unfortunately it seems to have followed through resulting in a unpleasant experience with your technicians and timing. I will however disagree on the flow of events on Sunday, as we contacted the technician at 9h18 to confirm if repairs will be completed by 13h00, which he confirmed as spares were being purchased and they will be on site shortly. We then followed up at 10h10 informing that we will only be home until 13h00 and will be back by 15h00. The technician confirmed this is fine. 10h21 we received a call informing us that they will not be done by 13h00. We replied that replacement then should be at 15h00, and the technician was fine with this. At 12h02 we received another call stating that installation can be started now, but 15h00 will be too late. We cancelled the service as a result. Thus, we informed on several occasions we will not be on the premises between 13h00 and 15h00. During the already difficult installation process, we find it shocking that management did not contact us once to clear up any misconceptions or grievances up to this point. Even after services was continued and complaints were logged to the rental agency which was communicated through to you. _______________________________________________________________________ Worst service I've experienced in a long time. For two separate problems they were sent to us. First for drain/gulley blockage, they arrived. About a week later same problem with the drain, had to get a different plumber since no one pitched. Third time, another plumber had to come out since we've been waiting and no one pitched. Second incident our geyser burst on a Friday, took 2 calls to ask if they will arrive before 17h. We have been waiting since 14h30. The guy arrived, had no ladder with him, then closed the water supply ro geyser and said we have to wait. By Sunday we followed up, Saturday afternoon the ceiling fell in, despite geyser water being closed off. Arrange before 9h00 for the replacement on the same day. By 11h00 no response from the plumber, they have been shopping for a geyser since 9h00. Arrange for replacement in afternoon, we unfortunately have family responsibilities and like previously can't wait around until they decide to pitch. 12h00 they let us know it will not be possible to do the geyser replacement, we will have to wait until Monday because the replacement will take at least 5 hours, and they will then have to work too late nevermind the fact that we have not had a proper shower since Friday and have been working full days over the weekend. Monday arrives, takes them two whole days to finalize the work, replacement of the geyser and ceiling for single garage, and again arrive with no ladder. Also note, one of the guys left their phone here to charge for the entire day, and came to pick it up at 17h00. We understand loadshedding, but ask?
