In 2016 someone left a review saying it'll be a miracle if UNISA answers their phone. It's now 2022 and it's still the case. When will your service improve??
Had an appointment for the afternoon regarding their registration problems, get there after an hour and 30 minutes drive just to be told that the afternoon appointments had been cancelled, how ridiculous and inconsiderate can they be? They make enough money off us, a simple free email could've been sent to notify us about the cancellation but nothing absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
In spite of all the measurements that are put in place due to covid-19 restrictions, I didn't wait longer nor faced any hiccups, the system was just efficient and within 2 Min I got out ..
Terrible institution... Staff are lazy and slow. They do not care about the urgency of the students that need help who come from far
Truth is, some of the staff just don't seem like they are competent to help people. That or they lack enthusiasm, however, there are some staff here who are fantastic and will go out of their way to help you.

the worst service i have ever received. i am uncertain as to why these people have telephone numbers when NONE of them work or get attended to. PATHETIC
Also I got the same concern, UNISA they don't answer their land line @least they better even PMB UNISA, you don't even know how can you raise your concern if no one answer.
Swift assistance, and Covid19 protocols were observed.
poor service at Unisa PMB campus & the staff is rude..management should hire more professional & friendly-assisting staff..
