Polokwane Police Station

There are 3 queues for certification and the worst thing about this is that each line performs 1 seperate certification duty. I mean y can't we hav 3 queues performing full certification each mby devided by number of copies. That wat I witnessed there is very stupid I am really dissapointed with our public service

This officer lady in the photo- Baloyi... kindly ignored the public complaints and refused to assist. I called in 3 times...she assisted on the phone but never send out a vechile for help even after she said 3 times she would. Each time I called she makes asif she does not know my previous calls. Untill i went to the station 1am while several officers were there sitting and staring at me simply because she never send out a vechile to assist. Again she made as if she does not know me nor the situation. BUT in the conversation she admitted she is the one who answered the phone. How can officers like this refuse to help the public??? After I taken the photo she shouted that she will not help me. ????? What is left for us to do?????

I had fallen victim to a fraudulent event. The W/O that helped me was so helpful and kind. Took all my paperwork and helped me to take down my statement - CORRECTLY and even made me copies of my statement when I asked if I was allowed to take photos of the statement. When I left for the Police Station, I was very negative, thinking that I would probibly end up being locked up for misbehaving, reading everybody's negative comments about SAPD. It was either my lucky night or people havent been to Polokwane SAPD lately. Everybody was working, everybody was friendly and organized. I am thankful for the help I got. And I thank the Officer that helped me tonight. May ALL the good hearted Police Men and Women of SA be appreciated for their efforts.

No parking area and the service is very poor. Very long queue lead to outside and no shadows covers for people outside

No answer on any of the numbers no other number is working someone can die and they don't answer

their services are helpful and they are of great assistance. for all frauds and criminal actions they are here to sweep all.
