Their service delivery is HORRIBLE!!!!!!. They will make stand in a long cue with only one police officer on duty. They will Always tell you that they do not have vehicles while they actually have police vans. And they do not know how to communicate with the community. They do not even deserve half a star.
If there was a -5 rating they would’ve gotten that. The ladies are worse. Crap.
The service was really bad, we were in the queue for hours and they kept on dismissing the people who wanted to certify documents. There were a lot of Police workers but less than 2 were actually on duty to assist us.
Doesn’t even deserve a half star.The service here is absolutely poor imagine having to stand in a cue for an hour unattended just certify documents. They definitely need to improve
They told me that they will send a van around 2:53at night and the rest was history they didn't come...the check on me around 7 o'clock in the morning
I call no answer this is the worst in SA.you will die while this people sleep all night.But one day it will be one of their family members
