Posh kiddies salon and spa

the worst salon and spa i have ever been to. would not recommend this to any parent, time management is poor, service is terrible, staff are not welcoming and my daughter definitely was not treated like a princess on her day. the manicure and pedicure done on her was very very bad, her nails were not filed and painted properly, we were told not to take pictures in certain places and not to post pictures on facebook, the price i was given initially for the packages i had chosen was not the same price i was charged for when we got there. i had asked for a table to be set up for my daughters birthday cake but none was done. i am very disappointed that the staff there know nothing but a customers privacy and confidentiality as they were discussing myself to other customers and shouting and performing with each other in front of customers. My daughter did not even get to do her hair because i was just to upset with the service we received, if this is the kind of service you give to your customers then you definitely will not be getting any customers coming there. i sincerely hope that the owner will take this matter further and discipline or speak to the staff.

The venue is high class but the service wasn't. I made an appointment but there was clearly a party going on and they were not prepared for my son. The haircut was amateur I'm being kind.

Good for kids but require better time management and booking system
