Friendly staff. Equipment well maintained. Clean facility. Not as congested as most other gyms.

Nice basic gym, no pool and basic changing facility. Staff are helpful, trainers are good. Showers have had issues. There are classes but haven't tried any of them. Nice spinning studio. It's quiet in the morning and busy at night but you never battle to get a machine.

Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. From the moment you step into the gym, whether you're in the bathroom, or gumming all the staff including the cleaning staff are just wonderful... a good example to the service industry we could all learn from. The gym it's self is just as awesome! Constant classes to suit any body and everyone, equipment is always clean and well maintained and the innovative technology to help keep you driven to reach your goals is brilliant. I can't imagine a better gym to go to. Of I could give more than 5 stars I would!

One of the best gyms I've trained at from the friendly staff to the most advanced equipment I've used if you into fitness or have a goal this gym is really something experience. Not only does the equipment monitor your sets but it lets you set goals and helps you reach them. The layout of the gym is done really well and music and temperature is perfect. For what you get the gym fees are excellent and there's free WiFi. If your in the area do yourself a favour and try it out. It puts other gyms to shame:

Its super convenient. Central Durban North. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Smaller than a regular gym however no hassle in terms of finding a machine or finding space in a class! The gym is beautiful on the inside, very clean.

I disagree it's a nice gym but ever since I joined I'm still waiting for a trainer to assist me. When I joined I got a voucher , and no communication. My friends have told me when your contact is finished they still debit you until you call and tell what's up.

Clean, modern gym. machines are very good too. Free weight section could be a bit bigger. One third of the gyms space is a little wasted due to the location of the entrance, but that's just nitpicking. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Beginner or experienced.

Congratulations! An amazing and fresh new look gym! Hopefully the members will appreciate this technologically advanced facility by using a sweat towel and wiping down the machines after use. Thank you for your vision in providing a superb facility!

This is a dry gym - no steam room, no sauna. The equipment is modern and state of the art and makes tracking your fitness progress easy. There are many classes as well but check the timetables regularly as they change often. A very affordable option for those who wish to train without breaking the bank.

Go Health is a new age gym, focusing on the equipment that more people want with less of the things most people don't use. So no pool, steam bath or running track. But if you are not looking for those things then you end up paying less in the end. The facilities are always clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful
