The Fitness Factory@Northwood

Dropped in to train in July 2019. Great gym, has bumpers, 2 squat racks, multiple barbells, a couple of platforms. Everything I needed. Has a AstroTurf area where you can push a prowler, and an area to do stretching and such. Had a lovely conversation with one of the trainers about rugby, long term athletic development - it was clear he and the team were passionate and gave a stuff! The kind of people you want running a gym!

Now let’s be clear, this is a fantastic gym! For a personal feel and a great vibe - this is for you. Very helpful staff always doing more and assisting more than expected.

Awesome facility, great staff and value for money

Simon and his team have created a fantastic space to shed some sweat, and the gym is looking better year by year. I haven't taken any of the classes yet, but The Fitness Factory has my vote as best small gym in Durban. All that's missing is air-conditioning.

Good old school gym. Has everything needed. Awesome rates including a month to month membership

I tried to email them to cancel my membership and still to this day they are taking my money and I have not attended a session since December 2021

What I truly enjoy is the lack of pretence and the feeling when you enter the gym that this isn't a place for posers but for serious athletes trying to be better!

I love the fitness factory, no egos and just people there to enjoy gym!
