Post Office - Boksburg West Post Office

There’s either a looong queue or literally nobody inside. I’ve been here more than a handful and all I needed was the documents needed for car license renewal. When I eventually caught the attention of a staff member, he asked me to come back later since their ink is finished. So was my patience.

Need to print and bring your own paper for license renewal. At least they accept cards. Long lines and not very helpful

Pathetic, time of waste, EEE the printer does not have ink? Did you pay your telephone acc??? Why don't you answer your phone!!!!!! Number obtained from Google.

Went there today for my vehicle licensing renewal. What a friendly and awesome lady that assisted me. Absolutely a pleasure.

We receive our 2 vehicles car renewal on the same day via post to our home on 25 Feb one expiring end Jan & another expiring end Feb. We rush off to pay them both immediately and get charged a fine on the one expiring end Jan as we should have paid on 22 Feb. When I ask the cashier at the Post Office how they can charge a customer a fine on late payment when the Post Office delivered it late after the due date she shrugs her shoulders and says she is not responsible for delivering the mail and that's just how it is. So typical of the kind of customer service you don't get from staff at the Post Office even though they advertise on all their posters how important their customer service is. No one seems to take responsibility for their company's actions. Remember to diarise your licence expiry a year ahead as you can't rely on our postal service. I wish the licence department will acknowledge they can't rely on the post office and opt to email renewals instead.

Bunch of lazy people .... Always have an excuse to do their work ... Either system is offline. , Or printer doesn't work or you need all these documents just to do a licence renewal.... Its not like someone is doing a big transaction...its just a licence disk update .... For the last 3 months the one computer is not working so the second lady just sits there doing nothing but shes getting a salary ...its ridiculous

Renewed my license at this post office. What a pleasant surprise. Friendly and helpful staff. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you.

I recently went to renew my license disc, their service was fast, they were helpful and friendly.

I just whant to say. I hade a bad experiance here. The blond lady working there have a bad temper and i think she need to work on it. On google it shows that thy open at 8h00 and when i got there i saw it was at 9h00. She treated me badly and that is not good customer service. Pls correct the times on the page so that we all know the correct times. Acording to me they dont even deserve a 1 star
