Post Office - Brackenfell Post Office

If you're going to renew your Sassa card, know that you will be there ALL day and maybe end up not being helped because the service is beyond slow. Wear something warm, ad you'll be standing outside all day. Bring something to eat, you will get very hungry. There are no toilets. Bring a fold up chair if you can, especially when you're old. My back and my feet got very sore. An elderly lady nearly collapsed and we had to assist her.

When I called to find out if my package had arrived they firstly put the phone down in my ear and after calling back x3 times with no answer what so ever, I called again later in the day. When they eventually answered the phone the guy on the other side of the call was very rude and spoke with an attitude. This is very unprofessional in my opinion

No one picks up phone when calling.

Very slow, there is no customer orientated attitude. Just a salary obtaining event for the staff.....

DON'T even waste your time phoning . NO one answers ,don't even know why they have a phone . They should remove their number off google for that matter. And out of 7 tellers there is ALWAYS 1 person max 2 people to assist you.

Great service when you are face-to-face but disappointed that the phones don’t get answered!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Didn't take long to be attended to.

Staff is friendly and professional. You do not wait long in the queue.

Unfortunately they don't close at 17:00 and they're also closed from 12 to 1 every week day for lunch

The people are very friendly and quick to help. The place could do with a makeover though and their system is off every now and then when I get there
