Durbanville Postoffice

Extremely bad service as well as being rude. Doesn't send notices of packages, then when they finally send a notice they have already sent the parcel back

Most terrible experience, absolutely laziest cashiers ever experienced and its 8am on a Saturday... and we actually pay they're salaries.

I don't know what the heck the other people are going on about, but all my experiences with this post office since I've moved to Durbanville have been stellar! Just over two years. I order A LOT of stuff from overseas and haven't had one hiccup. Staff know be by name now :D

My 4 year old needed to use the toilet while we were there. We were told no. We are humans. Not Animals

II received a notice on TRACK 17 my parcel is in Durbanville Post Office a week ago I went to pick up parcel The women was very RUDE. Told me they had lots of parcel and told me to leave and come back another day . Service del. Is not possible by these self rightous I AM IN CHARGE PEOPLE.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Out of the maybe 15 times I've called, there was one helpful lady that actually tried to help hence the two stars. Other than that, pretty terrible and with an attitude to boot.

Absolutely pathetic. My tracking number for my parcel says it is at the Durbanville post office. Yet here i am at the Durbanville postoffice with a wonderful sign saying "closed until further notice, use another post office". Where yhe hell must i now get my parcel!!???

Durbanville Post Office is much better than the others that I have visited in the country. I was waiting for a parcel from overseas and phoned them to ask what a current tracking status meant. They quickly assisted me and let me know that I can come collect it. They were helpful and friendly and would recommend using their services. I might have been lucky based on other reviews but my experience was great.

Yet another below average experience with Durbanville Post Office. I received 7 notifications yesterday but when I arrived at the Post Office, as usual there were NO PARKING available and to add to my frustration, when i got to the stairs, i noticed it was CLOSED, with a red note, " closed till further notice" on the door. I tried the SA Post Office and they were not aware of any such closure, would get back to me. I'm not concerned about their closure, just about my packages. UPDATE, i found the reason, the after-effects of a armed robbery on 2022-02-11, might be the reason.
