Post Office - Cascades Post Office

went to collect my post yesterday and was shocked at the mess-empty bottle, rocks, bricks, papers, etc - certainly had not been cleaned in a few days. I went inside to speak to the Manager, who I was told was not in. I left my name and cell no and asked that the Manager contact me. I am waiting ! in the meantime phoned 033-347900, phone just stops ringing so I guess its out of order. Oh my what a shocker!

Don't trust operating hours stated online. They open and close when they feel like it. Absolutely filthy outside with bins overflowing. Can't comment on service cause I can't ever find them open to get any.

Useless and useless! Please can you take down your service of excellence certificates cause you making a mockery! They sit there having hardly any customers picking their noses! when you ask them to look for your parcel they say they not allowed to and bla bla alot of mumbo jumbo just to feed their laziness! The manager is just as useless milling around doing nothing!!! So sick of this service in the whole of Sa and the worst is Telkom!!!

I went there this morning not realising it is pensioners day. I stood in the Que and called their offices inside and asked if they had separate ques, The gentleman came outside and called me in to post my parcel .. very helpful i was so grateful :

Terrible service and unfriendly staff. They dont bother about their customers. Please mind the fact that I gave them 1 star rating, compulsory to put a star, they don't even deserve half a star. Just a horrible place.

Not busy, staff sullen but served me and gave me my parcel without a long wait.

Efficient service over the counter. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Closed with zero notice and no one knows when they are opening again

There is a guy who is very rude and not helpful especially over the telephone.
