Absolutely horrific experience. The Post office is meant to close at 17:00, but by 16:00, they do not provide any service whatsoever. December 2020 went to collect a parcel on a Tuesday, I was told parcels could only be collected on Saturdays never have I been so shocked.
Worst Post office I've ever came across, the people there are unfriendly and don't want to work. Poor Service
Iyoo ive posted a bag to mpumanga on the 8th of feb,till 2day it is not delivered
Poor customer service. The teller are busy laughing instead of helping customers.
The said to me the closing at 4 but the time off closing is 16H30 when posted in the maps 17H00
They close before 5 by 4:30 I was there and they turned me back with doors closed already very disappointed
