Useless. Takes over 3 months to process one small parcel. Unable to contact during regular work hours.
Been trying to get into contact however the phone doesn’t ring. Tried emailing too, no response. Trying to get information on my package.
This place is a joke, so many employees nobody has answers when you there and I tried calling 7 times! Nobody answers!

I have been working through Cape Mail for almost one year now, and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service received, after reading the online reviews. Albert Mostert, thank you for all of your assistance in helping me track my packages, and assisting wherever possible. I have not received such excellent service in such a long time, you really are a gem, and I hope Cape Mail notices your excellent work.

You learn all about the post office
No clear indication of where one must drive/park/walk/enter and once you’re in hopefully things go smoothly. Seems to be a an unnecessary bureaucracy but admittedly not the individual staffs fault as that’s how the system is and why would anyone change it
