Terrible service the staff is very unfriendly ESPECIALLY WITH THE SRD R350 PEOPLE YOU ONLY GET TWO TELLERS TO HELP MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE AND THIS TWO TELLERS ARE TAKING BREAKS AS IT SUITS THEM THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS THERE BUT THERE'S IS NO DIFFERENCE AND THERE'S NO RULES OR IS SHE SCARED OF THE UNIONS? YOU FIND PEOPLE THAT ARE OLDER THAN 55YEARS BUT THEY STAND IN LINE WITH YOUNGER PEOPLE SOME OF THIS OLDER PEOPLE ARE SICK BUT HEY WHO CARES
They closed 30 min before time how is this ethical. We stand by the gate and the employees inside are staring at us but no one will come out. How professional.if I could I wouldn't give them a star.
This post office doesnt even deserve one star they dont even try to help people . Font even care if the people are standing since 5am in line

Though the S A Post office as an organisation is rather pathetic, the Nigel branch is quite friendly, efficient and professional.
