Shame we can't give a zero. One star is too good. Service was pathetic, through your documents back to you, constantly talking to each other and not concentrating. Had to wait 15 minutes to find a parcel. They just can't be bothered. It's South Africa, what do you expect...

Shame I can’t give a zero. Shocking shocking shocking service. Stood for hour and 30 min to do less than a 5 min job to renew a car licence. No customer service, standing patiently to be helped but others push in and they get helped first. Lawless, so sad to think this has all gone to ruin.

Good service , I went there to renew lisence disc and I was done in 30 min.

Disgusting service. Walked in to certify documents but couldn’t be helped because there was loadshedding. We asked if they need electricity to stamp a document and the two women behind the counter said they need light to stamp the document. They were busy doing their braids with their cellphone lights.

This place should be avoided at all times. No service, no forms, no printer, no help. The only comment I get is "you know what's going on at the post office." How does one function like this! Close this branch ASAP

Despite the long queue of people, renewing licence was a breeze. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Staff treatment as if they do you a favor. Unfriendly and not helpful.

Really bad service long lines just to ask if your post is there. the carrier app says my post has been there since 23Desember yet they say they don't have it. No sms and if you ask to look at the Log book or if they can just check your name in the system its offline or they are not aloud to do that. Really bad service. ps. i want my post i payed for my wish orders and i want it you can't steel it.its mine.

I must say I read the reviews and didn’t want to go there but when we got there the ladies in front was friendly they helped us so quickly and fast no problems so you girls are good
