Service is pathetic. Parcel was sent to Secunda Postnet on the 23rd of August and was received by Secunda. No sms or any form of notification that the parcel is ready for collection. Might as well use the post office, same pathetic service.
Run like a government institution, slow, disorganised and ineffective.

I wouldnt even give it a star. They dont honor their R99 special on the website and charge what they want. U cant even lay a complaint cause nobody answers the phones from HO either. Wont be using them again
Zandile that works there doens want to assit me with scanning and mailing of 36 documents. Would have been more than a R1000. You are lazy and your customer service is pathetic
