In store experience is good but there’s no working phone? No way of getting hold of anybody. It’s a shame because the staff are great but there’s no point in me going there if I can’t get a price on what I need
The 2 guys at the Greenside Postnet, are amazing, always friendly and ready to help. The service is great and go the extra mile.
Unfriendliest staff ever!!!! I was just there 5 mins before closing time on a Saturday. I peek through the windowdoor was already locked and the lady behind the desk just kept staring at her computer screen. After knocking continuously eventually she looked up at me and signed, that they are closed. She wouldn't even get up and come and tell me. I had to deduce that her hand signals meant they were closed and I say again this was at 12h55. I had something that needed to be sent urgently they wouldn't even come to the door to hear why I was there. Last time I will ever use PostNet for anything.
My husband and I had two terrible separate experience with this franchise. In my case, they told me they could print out something for me, made me come back after an hour only to be told they couldn’t or that I’d have to get a more expensive package. There was no apology, no words of kindness even from the owner. I think they give an appalling service. We’ve been going to the Victory Park franchise ever since. Farther from us but the people there are wonderful.
A stationary shop that doesn't sell paper. Totally dissatisfied
Had a lot of trouble trying to ship a return parcel to amazon defective machinery. This Postnet condensed weeks worth of me struggling and phoning and driving around and sorted it out in a few hours. I can't even describe how helpful they were compared to just about everyone else I had spoken to.
Took some items to be shipped , asked for a quote and was quoted R289 odd , I accepted, then was told she made a mistake and its R369, then when handed card machine it was R418 as the lady hadn't added the box cost to the quote , left and had to pay R40 for a box I am going to throw away, what a waste of half an hour .
The team at PostNet Greenside are always so ready and willing to help, and always do their best to make each visit a pleasant experience.
