Waiting 4 months for a package and they never notified me that its been at the post office for the past month. No SMS, EMAIL or phone call. Absolutely terrible system. Telephones are non existent too.
Worst servise ever.Phones not even working. No wonder its going like this in our land. Waiting on parcels and not getting it out of them.
i mailed a reg letter urgently on the 20/10/20, and still the other party has not received it. I need this mailed like the next day and now its on 7 days. Very poor service.
