Horrible service. Did not bother to contact me once parcel arrived. When contacted post office few weeks ago, they said they've sent parcel to Johannesburg. Today after contacting post office again, only then did they bother to go through there parcels to check for it. They have admitted that the parcel has been there for over a month, but no one has bothered to contact me regarding my parcel. Still they feel they are not to blame and still that handling fee is a must when after the poor and horrible service.
When will I get a message saying I must come and collect my parcels
Bad part of town. High crime rate.
