The speed these people work at makes home affairs feel fast and the system is always offline. If this was a business it would’ve been declared bankrupt decades ago.
I had the most amazing experience with thi8is post office. I had lost my box key for my postbox in Vaalpark and expected to have trouble when I had to come and request assistance for a new key. To my great surprize I was treated like a king. First of all. I was given all my post that was not placed in my box yet. Then I was assisted to retrieve a parcel that was still not claimed by me, with the advice still locked in my postbox. The final surprize was when the key team told me to meet them at the box and when I arrived there, they had already changed the lock and handed me the new keys. Let me tell you we have a motivated team at this post office and if I could give them 10stars I would. Remember that most customers are positive and notice every effort you make, and forget about the minority grumpy ones that just complains about everything. Keep up the good work
I'm so glad to report that I had a really great experience and received excellent service. The staff were all very professional and efficient.
Went to pick up a parcel. They helped people at one till with sassa and everything else at another till. Then someone came in and cut the line. When I spoke up I was told that she will help the lady at the till then the nan that came in behind me then she will help me because the till is only for sassa. Only sassa at both tills and everyone else no help
Main photo says Home Affairs. Thats confusing!!!! If a option wasnthere for zero stars it would be my first option.... When phoning they dont pick up but nobody is at the service points aswell but they sit and chat at the back

Very very very very poor service if any. All the time closed due to power failure or some kind of issues. But the get paid each month.
I needed to pick up a package and I was there 20min before they closed and the lady closed the gate in my face and said she couldn't help me they're closed
