Service is Terrible, Racist and also they lose my package and i can get a refund on my international Package due to they platform they say they have my parcel....they dont SMS me any more for when i should pick up my Parcel, Nor even call like they used to,....i try phoning them and they never pick up, i will not recommed this office id rather drive to Centurion to have my Parcels sent there safely as in the Reds mall they services are more professional.

The staff don't have any manners, and playing the race card. For more than 30years I did not pay for my P.O Box, Stay on a small holding never was there a problem showing my Electricity account. It is disgusting how they treated not me.
Locked because the rent was not paid
This place is useless! If you catch them open you have to wait for 10 minutes before someone appears from the back. When they are supposed to be open like today - on a Saturday @ 8:54 according to the times on the door they are closed! This does not serve the public at all!
The lady there was rude and nt so helpful. Feel like the staff need to be trained with people skills.

You won’t get assistance on anything here. Maybe they are keeping this place open only for SASSA.
Not a soul to be found - doors locked, middle of the day. No reply on the phone. Unacceptable.
Slow service. Road is full of potholes .
