I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE STANGER POST OFFICE TO TRACK A PARCEL 4 TIMES ALREADY SINCE THIS MORNING AND EVERYTIME I CALL, THEY SAY THEY ARE OFFLINE AND I SHOULD CALL BACK!!! NOBODY HAS THE DECENCY OF TAKING DOWN MY NUMBER AND CALLING ME BACK EITHER, ALL THEY SAY IS CALL BACK IN AN HOUR OR 10 MINUTES AS THEY DO NOT CONTROL THEY SYSTEM!!! I COULD HEAR LAUGHING AND CHATTING IN THE BACKGROUND...VERY UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I was refused my vehicle license renewal and told I must go back to renew in ladysmith but when I was in Durban Phoenix I renewed twice. That woman told me I'm talking lies you can only buy in that town and it won't work anywhere else. 21 December 2022 14:35

Pathetic service,, they never answer the phones..not sure if it's due to.covid but they really lack service
Experience is okay but they are not opened as late as they say they are on this site and I don't think they are opened on sundays as they say on the site
