Five stars does not begin to give justice to the level of service that I received from Postex Couriers. I needed to get documents apostilled at DIRCO I also had no clue what that meant and was quoted obscene amounts of money by various "consultants" to do this on my behalf. I stumbled upon Postex through a Google search and from my first enquiry right through to delivering the apostilled documents back the service, advice, guidance and assistance from Kevin, Steve and Liana was patient, accommodating, effective and most importantly the end result was they managed to get very important documents through a Governmental Body Process and back to me well within the time period that I expected. I now want to raise a motion that the Postex team is seconded to Eskom as I have little doubt that within 4 months we will have a reliable electrical supply company.

Well what can I say except THANK YOU for what probably is one of the best services out there! My daughter graduated from Unisa in 2020 during lock down and has been struggling ever since to get her graduation certificate, which can only be collected in person from the campus in Pretoria. We researched in vain to find a company that would collect the certificate on her behalf and deliver to Cape Town. Thankfully we came across Postex who offer specialised courier services and the dealings with them has been exceptional from start to finish. Their response time to communication is almost immediate. Not only did they collect from Unisa, but had to go back again at no extra charge because the validity date on my daughter’s certified copy of her ID had expired. The whole process took 2 working days from collection in Pretoria to delivery in Cape Town and at a very reasonable rate. Thank you Postex - we will definitely be using you again for all of our future courier requirements. I really think you should highlight Unisa certificate collection in your list of specialised services on your website because there must be thousands of other students out there in a similar predicament!

I needed to get 2 birth certificates apostilled by DIRCO and decided to use Postex because they had amazing reviews. I am so glad I chose them. I thought the price was per document, but it was for both, so their price was a lot cheaper than anybody else. The turn-around time was a bit longer than expected, but it was a delay on DIRCO's side.
