They honestly lucky that i can give them this 1 star , ive recently moved here from cape town and wanted to close my account. I go into the branch speak to lady behind the computer ask her if i can close my account takes me through the whole process takes my card telling me okay your account is close just to find out it was a waste of time cuz the people there dont know how to do their job and are now costing me money because she didnt even know how to close the account in actual fact. Im hoping someone will actually see this and tell them to rather quit their job cuz firstly they dont know what they doing and secondly they have no customer service what's so ever its actually disgusting

No teller avaible for quick service..all 3 busy with large amounts of Cash.!!!
I pass there everyday to and from work
