ZERO REVIEWS. POOR PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I applied for an account online. Came to collect my card with the requested documents, received my card, and my salary paid in my account but I cannot withdraw my own money because my account is SUSPENDED WITH MY SALARY IN. Toll free number cannot assist I must go inside the bank. THREE WEEKS LATER I'M WAITING IN A LONG QUEUE WITH TWO TIRED CONSULTANTS TO ASSIST. PATHETIC!!!!
45mins im the que. Staff seems untrained and no management. Regret switching to this pathetic bank.
Was suppose to contact me to sign papers but the baboon just did not. Pathetic.
