I went couple of times to this branch, the service of the staff is very poor. They drag their feet as as if they are forced to be at work . When I went they always have long faces that do not encourage customers to come back. I prefer to go to another branch now because the staff is unfriendly and incompetent sometimes. Management look into this.
Couried my package from Somerset West, Cape Town to this PostNet for an amount of R2k. After 3 days I receive a call from a lady at this PostNet telling me I have to come fetch my package before the end of the day. How inconvenience was this even after telling her that I am at work and it's highly unlikely that I can be able to come that side. Is PostNet not allowed to store packages for more than a day? Even after paying so much money...
I'd like to express my deepest gratitude and give praise where it's due to both the management and staff at Postnet Fox street. They went an extra mile to ensure that they deliver. On Saturday they worked very hard even after the store was closed, they carried on working with smiles on their faces now that's service. Moreover the Manager went on to sacrifice her Sunday which is not a working day for her just to make sure that my order is deliver. Excellent service still exists out there. Well done Ladies, keep the Postnet Fox street flag flying high.
I have visited the store multiple times and I am still to have a pleasant experience. Staff take their time and seem not to want to help. Management, please address staff morale.

Bad service from staff ud swear they dont wana work Exobitant prices they charge R300 from postnet to Postnet for a parcel whereas the other postnet charged R99
