The staff are friendly and the store, albeit small, is clean and well maintained.
Friendly staff to welcome and help you! A small but effective store. They offer DHL shipment both nationally and internationally. Stationery for sale including pens, post it's, stickers, highlighters, scissors, files, prestik, staplers, paper clips and more.
All I needed was a price to print 2 A0/1 posters, I asked and didn't get a response from the young man on duty. Eventually left to go print elsewhere because the price, which I assume should be easily visible somewhere??? Definitely not returning.
Very disappointing. Really bad service. Cost me a whole laptop. You should not use them. I sent a laptop from Postnet to Postnet about 2 months ago. The parcel arrived on the other end with a broken screen. Luckily I purchased insurance. However, they won't even process my insurance claim at Morningside Postnet. I think there's something funny going on at Postnet. You can't even reach Postnet Head office to escalate matters. Its been 2 months of wasting my time following up.
Terrible service. Manager never available. No initiative on the part of the employees. Zero service ethic. My second experience of abysmal service. I’ve wasted R850.00 there with no value to show for it. I’d avoid this Postnet. There are many other better run ones in the area.
Opening time today Sunday it says 9.00, at 9.20 still not open, and it’s not the first time, I had to wait for them to open several times before. This is not how you run a business!
Busy shop, the staff is very helpful, friendly, patient and amazingly fast.

Thinking of using Postnet 2 Postnet? Read this. Went to post a parcel only for them to tell me it was not going to be R99 as advertised. It was 6kg which should be R119. Which is fine. That is what they advertise right. But no. And it gets worse. Sales lady says she can call the manager to make it cheaper. When paying she says I need to pay cash. It was then I realized this whole this is a scam . The manager is delivering the parcels with his own car and giving the sales lady a tip on the side. Went to a different branch and they gave me a much cheaper price than their so called discounted price for the exact same parcel and guess what I didn’t have to pay cash. Morningside branch is running a huge scam. Stay away!
