Sent documents on the 8th of December via PostNet, decide to track the parcel and it says package not found. The parcel has not reached its destination . Please tell my documents have not been lost!!!!
Paid R130.00 for 10 copies and scanning and mailing 9 pages. After laying a complaint at head office, I was told that I was overcharged with R78.50. Head office will refund me the R78.50....it's been a week now and no refund received!
