The que was long and only one person helping with the application of licensing, and taking the whole of 30 minutes to assist one person. When you ask what is needed they say ID when you get there they say go and make a copy. When you do they say they want an original one that time you gave someone your ID to leave with it thinking it won't be needed. The staff needs to know how to give information to us and be quicker atleast practice good customer service.
Only 1 person working,waited an hour to get helped,waited another hour to get my packages. Other staff is just randomly walking around,not helping the one cashier even though they see many people waiting and some leaving. I could give 0 stars if that was possible.
Tried calling...no answer. I went to the post office store - stood in a line...one working...others standing around. I called them from inside....the one mentions the phone is ringing ..but they choose not to pick it up..even those just standing doing nothing!!!
The service is poor, poor. Standing for more than 20 minutes in the row and still standing. Two tellers working and 3D only taking people from the back of the row to validate.
I have just spent 5 minutes in the post office and there was only one person working at the licence desk but not another member of staff visible in the entire post office.
Trading hours are 8am-5pm. The office was opened at 8h15 and the attendants only started working at 8h40. The service is really bad here.
They dont respect customers the operating times are 08:00 but now it's 08;14 it's open but customers are kept outside with no explanation.
The worst service ever. No sense of urgency from the rude ladies in the front with terrible attitude. I'd give zero stars if I could
Pathetic service. Terrible attitude from staff who act as if they are doing you a huge favor. System constantly "offline". Avoid at all costs
This may be the worst post office in Polokwane, all thanks to the unhelpful staff members in the front.
