Very friendly staff and extremely helpful
Yeah sure your packages arrives at its destination...eventually even if you choose the fastest option! The lady is extremely rude, every time! I'm pretty sure their prices are incorrect, because I have been to other PostNet branches before and they are definitely cheaper due to the fact that they weigh your package. Again, very unprofessional with customers!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Went at 9 O'clock to ask about my delivery. Very rude old lady told me that I needed to wait for the sms. Never got the sms. The logistics company who sent the package only works after 6 pm so when they sent my tracking number, I saw that my package was delivered at 9:45. Now postnet is already closed. They never sent me the sms that they rudely told me that need to wait for. Apparently my number was wrong. Don't know who's fault that is. Still noy pleased
