Postnet Rivonia

Soooooooooooooo slooooooooooooooooow. I mean if these 2 ladies worked any slower, time would stand still. No clear directive on where to queue, as only 4 customers allowed in Covid-19 but only 2 staff on duty, 10 people standing outside and 4 inside and every task is painstakingly done at medium to slow paste, no sense of urgency or multitasking. I lost 20 minutes of my life waiting to pick up a parcel. Will not return.

My advice just avoid this place. The customer service is terrible. You can see they are not interested. I wish i could have given it a negative rating because it does not deserve the 1 star!

Friendly and fast service done with a smile would recommend to anyone in the area.

I went there today hoping to print out and open an email I was told they no longer offer the service

Shocking service- a long que of people waiting to be served while one staff member is taking her time to help one person track a parcel for over 15min and another is binding folders and ignoring the que. on complaining I was told that I was welcome to complain to the boss who obviously wasn’t in! As for the allegations made by your staff who obviously are trying to avoid being reprimanded, I did NOT demand to be served ahead of the que. There were 3 people in front of me and 4 behind me, I simply asked that they actually start assisting the people at the front of the que so that the que could start moving. Everyone in the que were discussing amongst themselves how terrible and slow the service was. I however left after your staff told me that if I was unhappy I should go to Minuteman Press upstairs, which I promptly did & they proved extremely efficient and helpful and I will go there in future.

I just had such the most horrific experience at PostNet Rivonia. The rudest and most disrespectful members of staff of any business I have ever come across. Rather take your business elsewhere, there are many other options nearby.

I live in morningside so I visit the rivonia shopping centre frequently. My husband has a business from home. He always needs copying, printing, scanning done or if telkom adsl line is down then he will sort out e mails there. Today was the absolute limit for me in terms of poor service from the ladies. I went to get documents scanned and was the only customer in the queue with both ladies at the front desk on duty. One was very busy for a good 15 minutes while I stood there and stood there. The other was sorting through paper work. A customer, a gentleman was working on the computer. He was a very diplomatic and nice man. He asked the lady sorting through the paper work from the computer which printer should he send the printing to. She just ignored him. So he got up went up to the counter and very politely in front pof her asked her the same question. She just ignored him. He looked at me and shook his said I commented to him that she must be deaf. He was far too patient. He commented that she seems to be preoccupied at the counter with other stuff. He printed the few pages and then collected them himself from the machine and walked up to her asking how much he owed. She carried on with what she was doing and the other lady mumbled the amount and he put money on the counter, not getting his change and walked out. This man needs a medal for putting up with such rude behaviour. He left and there I continued to stand until the lady who was still busy with a customer 15 minutes later told her to help the customers because in that time 7 other people were lined up now behind me. My husband and I are there often. The service is really poor and so are the attitudes. Now it has gotten worse with one lady in particular. So as of today I move onto postnet in benmore.

Printing was terrible with words being left out. Binding was even worse with chunks left out of the plastic binder. It was not straight either. An email address that is not mine was added to a document I wanted to be put on a disk. Don't go here if your printing job is large.
